By the way - I better might not mention it: I am 54 today. Your comfort is highly appreciated but to be honest it won't help.

congratulations!!! I think it's a good age or not ;-) ?

Maybe this will help you a little bit: My dad has become 65 years old 9 days before and he will finish his first marathon this summer (I'm sure that he will...).

So, wish you all the best, become and stay healthy and much fun in London

And I have to admit I am actually having the best time of my life nowadays. Certainly I would prefer to be 20 years younger but I am working on making the best of what is left to me. And that's still quite a lot I hope.
